Chittenango
Falls State Park is located in the Central Travel Region of New
York 4 miles north of the small town of Cazenovia. Trails above
and below the gorgeous waterfalls attract thousands of visitors
each year.
The glacial-sculpted
park features an impressive 167-foot waterfall over Onondaga limestone
along the Chittenango Creek. The park is located in the Central
Travel Region of New York.
Viewing scenery
is the main attraction at Chittenango Falls State Park. A trail
winds down into the gorge offering views of the waterfalls from
a footbridge. It then ascends to the top of the falls on the opposite
side of the gorge offering a different but just as spectacular
view. Click the thumbnail images below for a closer view.
